An audio walk through Berlin by Victoria Lupton and Doha Hassan
The binaural audio promenade performance created between Berlin, Beirut and Damascus mapping ideas of exile and belonging leads you through the streets of Kreuzberg, Berlin. While walking, you listen to the life story of a young Palestinian Syrian through her journey of activism, persecution and exile, where she shares her thoughts and feelings and sheds light on the various aspects of migration: freedom and fragile security, longing and loneliness, solidarity and hope.
Another Place is available in English, Arabic and German, was premiered in Berlin on 5th of October 2019 at Café am Kotti and is supported by Rosa-Luxemburg-Stiftung.
